BIP Users	BIP Users There are three types of users for the BIP pipeline. Administrative users These users create and maintain BIP databases. They are responsible for obtaining the input data and running the BIP module tools. Researchers Researchers use the BIP databases for data analysis. They may use the web interface for browsing and viewing the stored data, or formulate queries for more specific analysis. They are also responsible for specifying the organism used for study as well as all input data sources. Developers The developer's function is to create scripts from queries forumated by the researchers. The scripts are used to access the database directly, bypassing the web interface.
