Data Sources	BIP Data Sources: GenBank dbEST UniGene Data Sources: BIP currently handles transcript data from GenBank, dbEST and UniGene, and genomic data from UCSC. The user can also provide transcript data in tab-delimited flatfiles, and genomic data as individual Fasta files. Additional sources can be added by request.
