Why BIPASS ?

So, BIPASS has been created for all the researchers who need information and data about the Alternative Splicing on one or several organisms. Because the need of information is different from one investigator to another, BIPASS provide two ways to obtain information on A.S.

1. To search data & information on whole A.S., on exons or introns, on transcripts or on a gene from pre-computed data
2. To investigate A.S. on own researcher’s sequences with its own tools using a pipeline name BIP ToolBox (see BIP ToolBox Home)
