Data Source Wrappers

 

Wrappers are being developed to automatically fetch transcript and genome data from the sources listed on the data sources page.
These wrappers form a tight integration between the BIP Toolbox and disparate data sources. This frees the user from the time consuming task of downloading various files from different sources and feeding them into BIP manually.

These wrappers also make differences between data sources completely transparent to the user.
